Hantayo??? do you mean Hana Tayo? It will be most unforgiveable for anyone to play tricks with this thread. my heart bled when I saw the desperation on Inky to find his dad. many had earlier accused him of lying now we have another person claiming to know the dad. I can't get into anyone through posts on message board but please I wish to appeal to all DON'T LET US PLAY WITH PEOPLE'S EMOTIONS. hantayo you can do more give us more pics recent pixs and possibly pixs he took with Inky's mum, ones they took in Lagos. I'm saying these because those supposed pics of Ezinne and Emeka jr got me some how.

Inky if you are arround confirm or deny them please.

I don't know what "Hana Tayo" is.  No I mean what I said.  Hanta Yo.

I'm not paying with people's emotions.

As I said, unfortunately we have only those two pictures from Emeka Sr's past.  He was glad to get the two pictures that Emeka Jr. posted.  Not everyone has the oportunity to carry all of their mementoes with them throughout their life.  As far as more recent pictures, we can post some but what's the point.  We're not trying to present a slide show.  We're trying to connect Jr. and Sr.  As soon as Jr comes back to this thread, we will all have confirmation.  He will recognize the pictures of he and EzinNe.  And once we are able to speak to Jr. we'll make sure that we all come back and confirm that the whole thing is real.

Honestly without doubt I think this is real, just keep urging Seun till he gives you the guys email address. It is likely the poor boy got out of the thread because of the responses he received from previous posts.

I agree.  I will keep urging Seun to have mercy on us.  And I'll keep praying.  God will perfect the situation.  Thanks for your encouragement.

Forget it, it was my skepticism which of course had been taken care of. Tayo is native Nigerian name.

Ok.  Yoruba?  Igbo?  Hausa? Huh  I'm curious about the meaning is all.  I'm not trying to find a reason to pick up a fight.   I like to learn.

I could be wrong, but he may be apprehensive about talking to his stepmom instead of his dad. Huh

especially after all these years of silence.

Besides, his mom or sister seems to be aware of his Nairaland id.

just guessing here.

and assuming he's still checking the thread.

. . . and they had the audacity to accuse him of being rude to them afterwards.

Jobless nit-pickers claiming he would not have used the term half-caste, if he was genuine. . .

People who have nothing positive to contribute to this thread should be barred, as this is not good for the reputation of this site. Thousands of people go missing in the UK daily, so I don't see what the big deal is, for them to accuse the poor boy of being a fraud.

Once the reunion is completed hopefully, news of this good news can filter into the mainstream news about a guy who found his dad with help from nairaland. Seun every publicity is good publicity, so I implore your senses (common and business) to heavily moderate this thread.

I know that Jr. used his mother's account to post, which would likely mean that it is his mother's email account as well.  Normally I would be concerned that the mother would prevent the father from seeing the son.  In this case I'm not concerned about that.  Emeka, Sr. and I have discussed it.  He knows the mother of course, and he believes that she will encourage him to talk to his father.  I think it's more an issue of he may have gotten tired of the insults and what-not and decided to lay low for a while.  I've checked his profile and he hasn't even logged in since 4/16.  I've sent Seun a second email message asking for his assistance with the matter.  Of course there is only so much he can do.  He can't drag the boy here by force, but maybe if he encourages the boy to come and check the thread that will be enough to get him here.  Anyway, I can't tell you how we appreciate everyone's support and prayers.  We're not worried.  God is in control and He will perfect the situation.  We are sure we will have a praise report for everyone soon.

I think I should commend your passion and doggedness in linking your hubby with his children. This is selfless to say the least. Your faith is also contagious keep it up.

You don't know the man.  How can you decide he's useless.  He - like you and every other person here - is a human who makes mistakes and has faults and is capable of tremendous goodness as well.

Thank you Truequest.  The deal is that I have two boys who are in a somewhat similar situation - not entirely the same be similar enough - as Emeka Jr.  When I saw Jr.'s post I actually went to my boys and asked them what they would want their step-mother to do if the situation were reversed.  They said they would want to find their dad - good or bad - and decide for themselves about him.  And then when I saw the joy that completely overwhelmed my husband when I told him I had discovered his children,   well I love my husband you know.  And his kids are my step-kids, so I love them too.  I would be a heartless wife/mother/step-mother indeed if I didn't do everything within my power and through faith within God's power to reconnect my husband with his children.  Then, to confirm the whole thing, when I was at my prayer group the Saturday morning after I found this thread I was praying over what to do about the situation and God dropped this promise into my spirit.  It's 1 Peter 5:10 "But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.  That's what I'm standing on.  I know God is not a man that He should lie.  If He said He would, He will.  Thank you again for your kind words.

I just hate it when people come up in here and make unsubsstantiated claims like saying only Nigerians use the term "half-caste" First of all, the expression is English and it didn't originate from Nigeria, neither is its use the exclusive preserve of Nigerians. If you run up a search on google, you will find over a million references to the term and the Urban Dictionary and even Wikipedia actually trace the expression's origin to the UK. Perhaps due to the high population of black and asian immigrants in that country. If you sceptics do not have any constructive advice to offer Inky as regards finding his father, get off this thread and stop hurting the poor boys feelings. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Undecided Undecided Undecided

Oh, I almost forgot to add, Goodluck to u Hantayo. I hope all your efforts pay off ultimately. To Inky, if you are still viewing this thread, my prayers are with you and I hope you finally hook up with your dad. God bless u.

Nollywood Part I & II!! Shocked

Where is Emeka Snr. Kanezi to tell his own side of the story? And let him give names & dates that pertain to the time he spent in Nigeria with his kids. Maybe Emeka junior would recognise some of them & come back to this thread.

I firmly believe that if Emeka Snr. wanted to find his kids in Netherland, he would have been able to do so all this while. Netherland is not quite the back of the beyond. . . .is it?

Please cut them some slacks and give them the benefit of the doubt. It's water off a duck's back to all of us do-gooders and dragon-slayers, if proven otherwise.

Is Austria not in the same Europe as Netherlands whereby a woman thought her daughter had gone AWOL for over 20 years only to discover that her husband had imprisoned her in the basement of their house?
