South African Reparation Fee Being Withheld - Help Please

Fellow Nairalanders,

I hereby write to inform you of my displeasure over the refund for a repartriation fee paid by my wife since last year (June 2007).

For more than 3 weeks now, I have been struggling to get a refund of One hundred and ten thousand naira only (N110,000.00) being reparation fee paid before she was issued visa last year June 2007.
Up until now, all we have always been told is that the refund is not ready and to always come back some other days. Even today Tuesday, 15th April, 2008, my wife was at the Lagos, Nigeria office and she was asked to come back again  next week.
I am hereby writing in order to inform you of this ugly behaviour by south african mission in Nigeria and to also solicit your help, assistance or suggestion towards this refund.
I will appreciate your responses in this regard.Thanks.
