is there any company in usa, or any part of the world, who can employe you, pay for your visa, your air ticket, give u accomodation when u arrive, then be deducting the money from your pay as soon as u start work with them? am just curious

Some will do all that but will not deduct the cost from your pay!

Mainly high-tech and bio-tech companies looking for talents. They'll recruit from anywhere in the world, but seem to gravitate towards Asia, particularly India. Your resume has to be strong with some relevant experience.
