Visa Help Its Urgent Please

hello guys i av this invitation for my departmental international conference nxt year i need a visa please wats the proceedure help me out please

   Next year, and you say it's urgent?
   That's a lot of time
   I understand that the visa you're talking about is for a specific period of time which is liable to a change and the conference liable to cancellation. So, it doesn't make sense to talk about the visa this early.
   But you forgot to mention the country
