i was only trying to help. You can't be demanding running water and electricity as criteria for renting a house in Nigeria. Unless of course you live in the moon.

OK,let me rephase this i need a property were the property has been wired up to receive electric.Further,were there is pipe work for me to pump water into the house. Some of the property i viewed were shocking.
