Someone recently posted this advert. I am trying to figure out whether they are genuine. Please has anyone in Nairaland done business with them? I am contemplating of buying a plot of land in their estate but really want to be sure i am safe. Please i need advice and help. I will attach their promo leaflet.
Still have not heard from anyone. In that case, I will conclude that they could be fake because they neither have a website nor a functional office/landline. They are not also affiliated to any big companies the way other estates did. I may be wrong but the advertiser should convince me that it is legit, openly on this forum.
Not only that i have done business with them, I have also introduced so many other clients to them, I have known them for integrity and service delivery,.
I belong to an international organisation of young peoples aged 18-40 known as Junior Chamber International (JCI) Lagos Metropolitan and we meet every last Sunday of the month at Eko Hotels and Suites here in Victoria Island and about 5 members of this organisation has properties there courtesy of me and there are also some bankers.
Personally I have 2 plots with them.
