Job Title: Implementation and Technical Support Personnel
Minimum Qualification: B.Sc Hons or Equivalent Experience: At least 2 years experience with a reputable Software Development Firm, Supporting Financial Application. The incumbent will be required to support in the following Job Assignment.
1.1.1 System Developemnt Life Cycle (SDLC) Management Managing internal procedures leading to defining requirement specifications for eTranzact solution. Defining preliminary designs outlines, managing reviews on design blueprints, and coordinating solution development life cycle.
1.1.2 Testing and Quality Asurance Appraisal Support internal processes leading to ensuring Quality Assurance (QA) on eTranzact developments. Authoring test cases, coordinating test schedules; and deployment of QA certified developments to live servers.
1.1.3 Developemnt Workflow Management Managing deployment versions, supporting backup process on development work, and managing rollbacks request for in-house development.
1.1.4 Technical Customer Relationship Management (T-CRM) Managing Enterprise requirements to ensure eTranzact products meet customer expectations, and managing feedback processes from particpating banks, merchants and payment ISO on the eTranzact paltfrom. The objective of the TCRM here is for continued product development.
1.1.5 Documentation and OnlineHelp System Publishing Authoring product & process documentation for in-house operations; developing technical specicication document for cleint review; autoring product documentation, end user manual and other refral for educatiing users on eTranzact solutions. The unit will also work with technical development in developing Online help system.
1.1.6 Training anf User Education Providing technial training and on the job education for Participating banks and other stakeholders on the eTranzact network.
1.1.7 Knowledge Management Managing requirements for maintaining an efficient and up-to-date knowledgebase for the eTranzact enterprise. Providing on the job training for eTranzact staff, and making knowledge content available for all eTranzact franchise units globally.
