Then why you hatin' on all of them?

this site will not reach its full potential with these unfair jobless people they call moderators. i see them taking sides in conversations, deleting threads and leaving a rival thread to run for pages.

Well that's how Seun wants to do it but I totally understand where you're coming from. I hope they all have fun sha. . . . . . as long as no one deletes my posts unnecessarily - i'm good.

I support Nwando for Family board if there is no moderator. She does gives sound advice.

I am not sure of culture or tribal sections. . . . .that will be similar to saying 4Him should moderate religion, or 4play to moderate politics, or jackal to moderate sports. They are all very passionate people on such issues and thereby may not be impartial to comments they don't like. A moderator should be that in every sense of the word "moderate".

With Nwando's view about Nigerian men, she would send most of us to the gallows when any family issues come up  Grin

OMO IBO, you have just demonstrated how ugly things will become here if you are a moderator.
You call people you don't know jobless people because you are not a moderator,
check all the posts of the moderators here and see if any of them call people names,
What are you angry for, If you want a moderator status, start by putting the right location where you are
and then work for it by giving good advices and not talking about people who are better than you.

a moderator has to be someone that is always there but not with too many posts.
its not about sound advice. and moderators that get too involved also get carried away.
they say justice is blind so a moderator has to be able to read posts without the names to stay neutral then there is no friendship in it.
if need be a moderator has to be able to animate a dry topic or come up with new ones

sam milla, i have stressed it over and over again that i do want to be moderator. it does not interest me one bit. i have my opinions/reservation about the moderators this forum has and i have expressed it. it is fact that the moderators on this forum are bias. KPOM KWEM!
