To Quit Or Not?
« on: April 18, 2008, 03:37 PM »

I'm nursing the idea of changing jobs. these are my reasons

1. ive been at my present place of work for a year now, i need to test d waters

2. my salary is an average of 50k, which isnt too good considering the fact that financial commitments rise each day

3. i don't really find fufilment in what i do, i want a job where i can put my writing skills to test and develop myself.

4. No room for growth

However, im holding bk on making d decison because:

1. i don't av a better offer YET

2. i av a personal relationshp wt my colleagues and it wuld be hard to leave

3. if being a manager here is considered as growth then maybe that's another reason i shdnt leave

where can i work to polish my creative skills?
and do i leave ds job as an admin personnel/personal assistant?

does anyone know of any ad agencies recruiting?
.

this is not a very good reason, financial commitments are not linked with your pay,
your qualifications, skills, experience and market rate are. its up to you to control
those personal commitments

creative skills don't pay to be honest, you better think twice, make your creative skills you hobby
do it at home after work or during the weekend
