Is your power pack working well. Try connecting the monitor direct to a UPS instead of the monitor taking power from your CPU

Also confirm if the power cable is properly connected to the cpu if you connect the monitor to the cpu. If it still persist, verify if the cable is working by trying it on another system.

Else, contact a system engineer near you.

Now brother you really have to be specific here,if the monitor indicator light flashes repeatedly without coming on even when connected to your cpu which u assert is currently powered, then  its likeky you're havin a video card problem, plz check to see that the cpu is on and running, because if its not there is no way you get a flashing  monitor indicator light, much more a stable one which is an indication of a live interaction between your cpu and the monitor.since the monitor worked with a another cpu, suffice it to say that your monitor is perfectly ok.maybe u should narrow down your diagnosis to the cpu which include checks on the its power pack, and if possibly the RAM. please post with detailed specification sof your problem
