write a letter to the registrars and inform them of the misspelt name.

put proof of your correct name and if possoble you can put a copy of your application form with the letter.
Most importantly use the same signature u used while filling the form.

good luck.

@Atilla,
   I please i will to ask a question, I bought the last first bank PO but i later moved from the address i used to purchase it.I have been trying to get closer to the place so that i can get the certificate when it comes because the property has been sold and it's not conducive to receive a mail, recently i learn't that some mails were delivered but it was destroyed by rain.I went to first registrar they told me i will have to wait for a year before i can another one???Please is the normal or is there a way i can go about it?perhaps because i don't go through a broker or what?I don't even have a broker though Sad

@ogbon you can go to the registrars as well or give them a call and ask for what you can do. Which registrars and what share is it??

@rich dad
IF You THINK IT HAS COME ALREADY AND LOST THEN
Yes I think that is the general practice. It has happened to me before but the certs never came and i still havent gotten them now.    I think that is the way it takes a year for you to be able to apply for a new certificate and then you request a duplicate or submit a letter of idemnity (meaning u lost the certificate)

sorry oh.
