How To Start A Campus Magazine?

Please I am a student in university.  I wish to run a campus magazine.  But the problem is how do i start?  Please I need your advice, comments, support.

hi, do know about it then?  I have plans to set up a  bi-monthly romance/lifestyle magazine but I have no idea how to go about it.  I'm not looking to do it now but in about 2009 ending to 2010 as ill be on my way back to Nigeria finally by then but need to draw out a business plan and stuffs.
