i think the best place would be Autodesk AutoCAD Training Center at Oba Akran Ikeja. Its on the ground floor of NIIT/IDM building. With manuals, enough practical classes and also you are given the latest AutoCAD 2008 software, so you could practice more at home. goodluck.
