I was watching entertainment news on Stv this morning and heard this.
African china arrested over rape charge allegations in the UK and i heard a couple of musicians comments, p-square said they spoke to him yesterday and they think he was set-up. they went further to say it could happen to anyone, on his way to fame, and likened it to R-kelley and Michael jackson.
I can understand when you claim you were Raped by R-kelly, But African china! why and who will want to set him up? how much is he worth? what fame will that kind of allegation bring to the raped girl?
Maybe am missing something here, Talk to me meen!!!

I was really dismayed, for want of a better word ,to read that one of my favourite entertainers, AFRICAN CHINA , is the latest victim of the "rape scam", some desperate girls perpetrate on stars. worse still, i read yet again, that he is incapable of paying 5000 pounds which the girl demands for "damages". (makes me wonder what he does with all that money he makes, though).
on the good side, learnt record sales have soared for his 2nd album, MR PRESIDENT since the scandal hit the air. and that nigerians in London staged a peaceful protest (in the form of a walk from the night club where the girl claims the incident took place) to show their support for the star .
hope we can start a thread here to show our love 4 this multitalented nigerian whose numero uno fan happens to be,

Whether he did it intentionally, unknowingly or even mistakenly,the fact still remains that ignorance of the law does not exonerate one from the effect of the law. Let him face adequate punishment meted to all rapists if found guilty.
