To the poster,
First you have to know which type of fertilizer plant that you want to build, The reason is that there are many type of of fertilizer plant but the must generally used in Nigeria is urea granulation fertilizer and to build this type of plant is a two stage process which will involve building the Ammonia plant first and then the Urea plant after or at the same time, the ammonia plant also come in different type or you can also use nitric acid plant in combination with the urea granular plant which is the final product call the granular fertilizer, but the most important thing is how many ton of Of ammonia sulphate plant and urea plant that you want to produce, because this can cost upwards of €250m each for 1000MTD(350,000 annual each for a new plant and for say 500,000T yearly you will be looking at the price range of €500m and above and a minimum of 3-6yrs completion date. and please note that this is a very complex process to design, do to the fact that you have to get the design in place and also decide on the type of aluminum sulfate or ammonium sulfate, nitric acid plant to use to Urea granular plant and also have to get the chemical aspect of it righright the amount or the percentage of nitrogen, phosphorous, and potassium, with a rubric called NPK that the aluminum sulfate/ammonium sulphate or nitrnitricd plant will use and the Urea plant. this is not something you will get advise on the internet message board, this is done by expert like me, another issue is where the fertilizer will be sold, because of soil structure issue. different soil need different type of fertilizer and this all have to be put in test before any action is put in place, I will sent you detail of ammonium sulphate plant that I currently have for sale through your email so that you can see the presentation and how it work the plant is for 1000td bTD please note that its only produces ammoammoniumch is used in producing the urea granular fertilizer and I have both plants for sale. but it depend on how serious you people are, Please contact through email at
