Actual Selling Or Purchase Prices Of Shares

hi fellow nairalanders, how do i know the actual prices at which my shares were bougth on the floor of the stock exchange.

according to one of u, contract note na paper and biro, that is, it can be altered.

is there a way of knowing the actual purchase or selling prices apart from wht was quoted in my contract note?
we all know that some of these stockerbrokers can be very funny.
