Please I Need A Decent 2-bedroom Flat In Surulere

I have been on a search for a decent 2-bedroom flat in surulere for months, it seems impossible for me to get one. The ones i'm seeing, it's either they are too expensive or the repairs work to be carried out is scary( u know what i mean?). i have a budjet of 600k for the total package for two years plus all other fees that might be settled. All the agents i have been coming across tells me it's a difficult task to get a decent one at that price (after they have collected cosultation/commitment fee). I'm appealling to all nairalanders to please let me know if there is anybody that is willing to give out its property at that price. Note that if what i'm been offered is reasonably higher than my budjet, i'm willing to comprise so far as what i'm getting is worth it.
