First Inland Bank IPO; Certificates Anyone?

I bought some shares earlier this year in the First Inland Bank IPO. Its been some months now, and i havent heard anything about distribution of share certificates. Does anyone know when the certificates would be issued?

I also bought early this year too.   But shares certificate is not always ready until six months or after six months.
