DV Lottery 2009 which is going to issue 50,000 LPR visas to live and work in USA is sending out winning Notification by postal mail to the winners who are selected by the computer random draw. These will be sent to their addresses which are in their entries which were submitted last year.
EMAIL OR FAX OR PHONE WILL NOT BE USED TO ANNOUNCE THE WINNERS.
Winning the lottery dosen't guarntee a visa but will allow the winner to apply for the visa.

As all the selected people don't have the required qualification nearly 100,000 winners will be selected to be informed and 50,000 people will be issued with LPR visas.
The Lottery is free to apply although the winners must pay the Non refundable visa fee and diversity processing fee (US$ 755 for each person).
This year Lottery DV 2010 is expected to be announced soon.
