So if u can't walk up to a girl n just say hi to "chat her up" what other way are you supposed to meet people? I mean does someone have to be in your department, class place of work or be your sis frnd before u can be frnds?

no - o - just initiate your own unique ways - at the worst she wont answer you - but that doesnt mean you shouldnt try - most ladies you see on the street and walk as if they don't toilet - and appear very hard to approach - they are actually empty - just brace yourself up and make the move.

im not a don juan but from my little experience i guess walk up to her with confidence but not arrogance,be casual but not non challant and say a simple hi or hello and think of something that ll get her to make a comment,might be the weather,where u are e.g passport office,restaurant,office,bank e.t.c and look sincere cause like a prospective home buyer the first 5 mins will tell if a girl is into you or not so u have to make the best use of these few mins
