Need Solution Urgently

Hello Doctors in the house,please I have two questions which I need answers to:

1. I have been experiencing itching all over my body 4 some days now ,which swell up after continous scratching and I do use medicated soap.What can cause it and the solution please.
2. There is this lump that just develop under my armpit which is painful.What can cause it and the solution

Try going back to your formal,        but if condition persist after three days, consult your doctor.
