Plzzz,dermatologist Advice Needed!

Plzzz i need the advice of a dermatologist badly!!! I have had this rashes on my face for about two years.I used all kinds of medicated soaps(i rub it and

leave it on for a while) but they ended up burning my face. I went to my doctor,he prescribed Fungral (ketoconazole) tablets and candiderm cream(an anti

fungal cream). I took the tabs but nothing happened. The cream when i rub it on my face,  the rash goes down even dissappears but when the cream is

finished, the rash comes back, its itches a little bit. I have it on my face and upper chest. I really need advice on what to do. Its giving me great worry

I don't use cleanser normally. I think i hav a fungal infection.
