Please I just got CyberCafePro billing software from the net. can anyone in the house give me tips on how I can coveniently configure the sofware to be used on all our client in the Cafe.

Why don't you use Cybercafepro user manual book or PDF-formmatted documentation to find the configuration yourself?
Why don't you ask your former worker, who has been used Cybercafepro in the past, train you how to configure it?
