order your visa card from http://www.globalvirtualvisacards.com/  You can verify your Paypal, Moneybookers etc by simply adding this card to your account.

Here are some ways I came up with:

Loook for a Nigerian with a paypal account who have funds and would like to withdraw from his paypal account, get this person to transfer the funds to your account and you pay him the amount in Naira. However, don't do this if you don't trust the person . Its better to see the person and make the exchange live to save yourself from any kind of scam.

With a paypal account, there are several online jobs or offers you can join and get paid directly into your paypal. So look for jobs or real programs that can pay you for a job well done. There you have it. just my 2cents.

Hi everyone,

I am Mr. Abbas J. A. a very grounded internet consultant, i've been in the coler for some time now, and i've just decided to explode because this is the right time. I've been in contact with some other Nigerian Internet marketters over time, folks like Aniefiok Ukang of the Dollars forum is a bossom friend of mine. Well i have my speciality in trading forex and i have been consulted by individuals online to create mechanical trading systems online, which they now trade on their coorperate websites and i think some folks here on Nairaland might have laid hands on my system not knowing that it was developed my a fellow country man.

I don't want to bore you with some of this stories of mine online, but i have just launched a blog that i'm advertising on Success Digest, this blog would help Nigerians deal with the issues of opening a US BANK ACCOUNT, GETTING A VERIFIED PAYPAL ACCOUNT, SHOPPING ON EBAY, DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION and THE ISSUE HERE "FUNDING OF PAYPAL"

Although we fund at N140 per US dollar, our services are efficient and relaible, once payment are confirmed in our local bank we would proceed to fund your paypal account. We are for real and would be here for a long time. Take some time out and check my blog on www.naijakonnect.blogspot.com

Thanks
Abbas

With all the available information and suggestions here, the limitations imposed on Nigerians by Paypal will drastically be reduced.
We must also do our best to abide by the rules of Paypal in order not to face their strict measures.
Thanks

Dear,

You see Paypal requires both a credit or debit card plus a Bank Account for your account to be verified.

So, than k God you have a Visa card already, you also need to have a US Bank account for your account to be verified.

Hope this helps!
