Re;abc Of Mortgages In Nigeria,pls Share!

im not the right person to post this,but i v looked through here and i cant find a specific post dealing with the nigerian mortgage market,repayment,processes of getting a mortgage and updates on suitable mortgages in the market,what you get are mostly virgin lands and offers of houses for sale without the mortgage option,most of these adverts are targeted at nigerians in the diaspora who will not want to tie their 4-100million or more down to a property when there are lots of business you can do with it or when there are options of mortgages.
pls if you are a mortgage broker or work in a mortgage broking firm in nigeria share with us on how to go about it and the properties you have that can be mortgaged,the best banks to go to and what the likely repayments will be,
