Ucas 15 Pounds (for Peeps In Uk)

I never knew UCAS could pose such problem like this for me, I can only pay for my UCAS online by credit card, the only means I can is by cheque, if theres neone in the UK who can help me pay for it, then my friend whoz in the UK would post the cheque to you. My friend would have paid buh she said she had a bad experience paying online, 

(ONLY UK ISSUED CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED)

Please if there is anyone out there who can help, itz juss 15 pounds or anyone who knows other alternative method of payment suitable that I can use.
