How Can I Completely Uninstall Norton 360 From My Sysem

i have norton 360 on system but b/c of the time it takes to update i decided to uninstall it. since i have not been able to install any other norton antivirus on my system the norton 360 refuse to be removed from the ad/remove programmes window can anybody help.

secondly i have norton antivirus 2007 vista installed on my vista system but can't activate it with the keygen it gives me an invalid unlock code error can anyone help me get please i also want to completely remove it and reinstall it but the same problem with the first one can urgent help is needed thanks everyone.
