Would You Go To Your Girlfriend's Wedding?
« on: May 06, 2008, 08:27 PM »

i met a particular young lady and fell in love with her. we dated for a little over 3 years and we got really serious but as fate would have it she started playing me on the side,  to cut a long story short we broke up because though the love is still there the trust is not, she's getting married and she wants me at her wedding? i'm not too sure that would be a wise idea but i'm open to suggestions y'all

Well shes not your girlfriend anymore shes you ex and as for me I wouldnt go, that would be too uncomfortable and I think I'd probably get mad at her for even inviting me

it  doesnt really mak any difference if he goes witha hot or cold girl, his ex will probably be too excited with her husband to even notice him  plus his hot or cold girl. the person he goes with doesnt really make a differnce, even with his hot girl, he will end up fustrated because i think he is still in love with ds his ex chick. take my advice, don't go!

well if the ex does not notice him on the wedding day if he goes with a hot girl, she can always watch a playback cd or tape of the wedding ceremony then she will notice DEPENDING ON HOW HOT THE GUYS COMPANY IS.

i don't see any reason why you would want to go just to watch her get married to another man.

I agree with what others have said - you should but with a date. I went to an ex's wedding few years ago with a hot date, at the reception the new couple were going around tables to say hello she noticed my date because that was the first thing she asked when next we spoke.  Grin

it will be difficult if u truely loved her and she didn't love u enough 4 her to be getting married to someone else, but as it is said guys are stronger emotionally but if it will make u uncomfortable, no need punishing yourself. because u don't know her intensions for inviting u, it may be to show off to u , except u guys parted on a very good and matured way witout anyone taking advantage of the other person.

If you go, make sure your date looks better than her. I mean this is your time to show how you have moved on to bigger and better things. Be ON TOP of your game, remember she did you WRONG. But you don't want her to feel like she won, if you go there looking like a sad mugoo makin face. Go there looking like Jay-Z and Beyonce at the grammy's, and smile and wave your hand like the president. lol I'm serious oh
