Depends on my mood I listen to both foreign and local artist.
For example I like Eedris Abdulkareem, 9ice, OJB Jezreel, etc on the ~~local~~ home scene while on the foreign scene 2pac, Ja Rule, The Game, Talib Kweli, Nas, Brandy and few others.

i listen to both naija nd foreign music bt i'm proud of naija artists.personally i dnt like d'banj though he's tryin.

Mostly foreign. . .i like some local artists but only in music.
As for movies = has always been and will always be foreign Grin
