After i researched the specifications of se-k800 from google, my answer is yes.

According to the specification, your se-k800 is 100% functionality and connectivity via Bluetooth technology, infrared port, modem, pictBridge, synchronization PC, USB mass storage and USB support.

It means your cellphone, se-k800, has the capability of using modem that is fully GSM internet dial-up support.
