actually not only the ladies should be rebuked,it applies to we guys also thatz why i try to stay fit by going to the gym and doing some jogging. practicing exercises however requires a balanced diet(u know what i mean), it's of no use doing exercises while eating garri,mc. donalds,and all those junk stuffs all the time. lol

why can guys complain about big potruding bellies but none of ya'll want to complain bout big protuding ass's? infact ya'll complain when it's flat.  hypocrites, get rid of your beer belly before expecting everyone else to. and you know not all women strive to have that flat chiselled stomach, they like the way they are, ever thought of that, women were not put on this earth to cater to your every whim, if we want to look fat or thin we'll look it comprende. stop generalizing, get out more and find what your looking for.  |

@eboweme: PREACH!!! 3 out of 10 girls have repulsive bellies  Definitely not Nice. Guys Generally Have better looking shape and Its suppose to be the other way round. To y'all complaining about beer belly, Most of (guys) 'll tell you thats GOOD LIVING and Lets face it; 10yrs ago looks counted, Now, You better be having it. Pay a little more attention to your abdomens. It makes the world a more beautiful place, REALLY!!!! |

treatment
donts
drink water while eating
drink lots of beer
not filled up till u can't breath
dos
drink water 1st thing in the morning
30 minutes before eating and 30 mins after eating
take lots of fruits and vegitables
exercise if you're a sedentary worker
eat till you're jst ok

Eating too much carbohydrates and late night feeding and overeating, but all the same, we are african and african women are voluptuous. Then again, not all women have potbellies. Men also do and its due to worms, drinking beer and consuming hety mountainous sizes of solid food.
Even if the girls don't have bellies now, when they give birth they will still have and besides, with time, we will all get old and wrinkled one day, so what the heck. I don't see many women posting that why do men have premature ejaculation or small manhoods.
