Php Programmer For Shopping Cart

PHP guys in da house.
i need a php programmer to develop (or deploy open source) shopping cart for a client.
cart must work with interswitch webpay (if u don't know their requirements, i'll mail it to you) and must have an admin panel with all the normal stuff (know what i mean if u've used one). I don't need u to tell me u can do it, just tell me how much u will do it, how long it'll take u, your phone number and your present location.
