There is a 1999 Marco Polo bus a good friend wants me to purchase for business. The vehicle is overseas. However, this isn't my specialty. Thus I'm unaware if the 8 year rule is applicable to luxurious buses.
Above all, I would like to know the price range here in Nigeria to account on what I'm spending. It's fairly used and has roughly 70,000 miles.

One thing is certain, the bus can never be 70,000 miles. More like 700,000 miles. These buses cost a lot money new and just like passenger airplanes, they make no money covering just a few miles.
The mileage is wrong but it's not really a problem if they've been well looked after.
