Starcomms Removal Code

Hello Everyone, I just bought this starcomms phone with simcard, because of some kind of network failure i decided to change the simcard to my celtel but it refuses it, while looking for solution someone told me that there is way to remove the connection that makes it to accept only their sim. I want someone out there to help me on how to fix another sim into it

i bought a toy starcomms too,but i doubt if it will work with another sim.it just not feasible.i tried it but,starcomms still shows.where the manufactured the phone it is provisioned for starcomms sim only.or you want to this-mantle the phone and fix it again.just watching
