I Need A Recorder And Transcriber Urgently

Hello please do u  by chance know where I can get a "Transcriber gadget"?
It could be a combo i.e A RECORDER, A TRANSCRIBER WITH USB FOOT CONTROL.
OR A digital voice recorder that has multi function
It could be Sony/ Panasonic/ Sanyo or Olympus.
I need one urgently.
