Does Chelsea Truly Wreck Players Careers?
« on: May 11, 2008, 09:38 PM »

Arguments have been ongoing on how chelsea usually ruin some players fledging careers. This is particularly rife amongst non-chelsea fans. However the list below can attest to the
fact that these players booming career made a downturn upon joining Chelsea.

Andriy Shevchenko
Claudio Pizarro
Tiago
Mateja Kezman
Ben Haim
Steve Sidwell
Khalid Boularouz
Geremi Njitap
S. W-Phillips
Alex
Belleti
Glen Johnson

Mikel Obi (he used to be a very creative player but since joining the blues, he has become more of a rough player)
Nicholas Anelka ( 1 goal in 14 premiership matches but scored 10goals in 18 EPL matches for Bolton. It is believed that he would have scored an additional 8 goals had he remained with Bolton)

I don't think chelsea wrecked this players. I think flop signings is a better term

Juan sebestian Veron
Aiser del Horno
Scott Parker
Henrnan Crespo
(Not for a lack of talent but inability to settle down and be loaned out for two years)
