How to remove this deadly virus – FUNNY UST SCANDAL.AVI

Have you lately seen a big orange foot stamp on your computer with the name  “funny UST Scandal.avi.exe”?

Some of the Symptoms Of Funny UST SCandal.avi.exe are
* A orange icon with image of a Foot.
* Files missing, Not able to view hidden files.
* Every time you click on My Computer opens a new instance of it.
* Task Manager automatically disappearing after few seconds, not able to view process.
* System deadly slow
* Installations not occurring.

If yes, this is the latest and newest virus infecting and terrorizing the entire internet community and it is spreading faster than a speeding bullet.

This Virus is more dangerous and infectious than any virus ever created and the creator of this virus didn’t make it as strong as it is right now, somebody modified it and it instantly became a “computer” killing machine.
Your antivirus are powerless against it, even the most strongest antivirus that I boast about, “nod 32” does not even see it as virus, no antivirus sees it as a threat, “as I said it can only identify it as a threat, but nothing more than that.

You might have been battling with this virus now, even as I have been battling with it over a month or so now, it duplicates itself in virtually every folder and attaches itself to the window operating system, it will magically kill your task bar and you won’t even find it provoking at first, until it starts it’s damage of shutting you down and allowing you not to run programs, or slowing down your system.

After much intense research,  I have found a solution and this will permanently remove this “nasty badie” from your computer system.

Click here http://e-moneymakingmachine.com/forum/index.php?topic=58.0 to find out how you could get rid of it. It is free of all charges, so don’t be afraid.

There you would find a complete detail of removing this annoying pest from your system or you can equally jeopardize your system life by letting it dictate how it works.

Mind you – if you format your system, I did that like 3 times last week, you are simply wasting your time and money, it is still there waiting for you to load and for it to come back.

Hurry and click here http://e-moneymakingmachine.com/forum/index.php?topic=58.0 and get an absolutely free step by step approach on how to disable this nasty.

Hmm Hmm sounds funny though, Kaspersky 7 does the job perfectly well the steps are:

install kaspersky 7 on a clean system. connect the defected harddrive to this clean system  through Usb or slaved IDE but don't run any programs including opening of my computer or whatsoever just run the on demand scanner from the antivirus control then scan. it scans and deletes all of it including it's additional so caled system process 'smss.exe'

i experienced it on a friends laptop today before reading this post, formatted both partitions and still nothing is helping out, the stuff still acting up. Am going to try the instructions given out in the link previously posted .

The funny thing is that, i shared the laptop with mine, made a file transfer from mine and vice-versa but i wasn't infected. I have a Kaspersky 7 On but i don't think i owe such thanks to Kaspersky but to God. I hope i get rid of it, the virus really sucks

Formatting aint a good option, cause even if you format it, funny enough as the name goes, the virus is still there.

Download zytle's software, it removes the virus temporarily, then follow the instruction as pasted by our fellow nairalander, it should take care of it.

http://www.fixya.com/support/t264120-funny_ust_scandal_virus

based on all i've seen on the links -

google restore hidden folders/files for a method to restore hidden files

then you'll find an autorun.inf, file, smss.exe, killer.exe and ust scandal.exe in each drive root folder

download process explorer and use it to kill  smss.exe and killer.exe

u can probably rstore any disappearing window by using alt tab.

then delete each file. shift + del for permantent deletion

download autoruns, and look up the logon tab. untick lssass .exe.

this is based on what i read. . .

an easier way is to use a fully uptodate kaspersky - nothing gets past it, in my experience
