Object In Soft Drinks: How Much Would You Sue For?

hi y'all,

This topic does not really concern this category but I just felt I should share this with my fellow web developers and designers and of course this is just about the only section of this forum I visit and I respect every opinion posted here.

Now here's the situation

If you were to see a very visble object inside a cocked bottle of popular drink, how would you react to this?

Would you sue the company, or prefer to take it personal?

also, for how much? that's if it even works in Nigeria

Let's just say you are in this situation, how would you start to deal with the case.
