Please Tell Me The Difference

Can someone that is well informed please tell me the difference between this dragnet stuff and Gse stuff. I know to take a dragnet exam is 7500 and also to take a Gse exam is 5000. I want to know which one will not be a waste of time and money u know wot i mean, value for money is what i'm talking about. I would need a reply soon so i would make an informed decision when i'm choosing whose test i'm writing.
