Does Your Faith Burden You?

How far would your go for your faith?
A court in Ghana has charged a father of neglect, after he refused to allow his son to receive a blood transfusion, which might have saved his life.

The man has pleaded not guilty to charges of negligence, arguing that his faith prohibits blood transfusions.

In a separate development, the leader of the Anglican church in Nigeria,Bishop Peter Akinola, has asked the country's many Christian polygamists to give up their extra wives, as the issue could "make a mockery" of the church.

Until now converts to Christianity have been allowed to keep their polygamous relationships.

How much would you sacrifice for your faith?Are the beliefs of your faith non-negotiable? Or do you feel your faith give you values to aim for but which you struggle to meet all the time? Should there be a limit to how much faith dictates your lifestyle?

well im not very versed in these things especially as i know all you gys in the religious section are einsteins but like it says in the bible the road to salvation is rough so i think if your faith doesnt burden you in an increasingly secular world,then something must be going wrong somewhere,i can't judge the man fom ghana rightly or wrongly but being a christian,i don't know what the man must have felt or seen besides who knows GOD's designs in any situation.
