This is yet another one of those outdated concepts.
If checking for whether the hymen is intact, it must be considered that not every female has a tightly stretched hymen prior to her first sexual encounter. The membrane can be broken by any of a number of means, not all of which would suggest sexual activity.
More interesting, there are women who have engaged in sex whose hymens are still intact, such is their elasticity.

But then is it writen on the face? of the thing? Unless the mother is a medical Personel on SEX field then she might know. What I think she should do is to set an Eagle eye on the behavior of the child rather than breaching the young childs(8 & above) PRIVACY. |
