Can anyone kindly help me with my dilemma?

I need reliable and constant mobile access to the internet via my laptop whilst in Nigeria. What are the best options available to achieve this?

swift broadband, pakage swift classic download speed 400kbs price 45,000k monthly subscription 15000

glo data card download speed up to 3mbs but has a download limit 0f 3gb per month price 30,000 monthly subscription 10,000
