'GURASA & SUYA" a Delicacy in Kano.
Every afternoon my hausa friend takes me to a joint where we eat this delicacy. Has anyone tasted this before? Huh I guess u go & try.

Suya should be a delicacy anywhere. Nothing hits the spot like

I still don't know if "Masa" and "Gurasa" refer to the same thing. Whatever it is called though, I enjoy taking it with suya with a lot of yaji (peper).
