i do not understand
I think what she is talking about is,every sunday to Monday you will have a particular food you eat in the morning, afternoon, evening without changing it.well as for me i dislike food time table, because that means that when i want to eat yam on Friday because i have written it on sunday,i can't eat it.I prefer to eat anything ,anytime whenever i like.

It can be useful in a big house with lots of children, especially if the person cooking is a hired hand. I don't understand why a new table can't be drafted for each week or meals chosen a day in advance.

i think it helps, particularly wit kids, such that they don't get used to some particular kind of meals n neglect d odas (balanced diet when well planned, if u ask me!)
Variety is d spice if life u know!

i think finally somone got the question right and that would be muyiserra, although he just did a lousy job with it. ill also like to know how we can have a good time table wriiten or not without having rice smiling in my face every other day in its single state or other forms or mix.
