Urgent: Software Developer/web Developer (php, Mysql, Ajax, Ruby,flex, Flash)

Zeesoft is seeking an energetic Web Developer (PHP, MySQL, AJAX) to join our young performance software company!

The applicant should be well-rounded, entrepreneurial, and capable of leveraging a broad yet deep understanding of web technologies—in particular, PHP, MySQL, Apache, and Web 2.0 tech like AJAX, JSON, REST and SOAP.

Responsibilities:

    * Plan and develop web applications and services from the ground-up
    * Act as technical lead for outsourced web/software development projects
    * Work with graphic designers and content managers to produce enterprise-level websites
    * Create new CMS systems and/or manipulate open-source variants like Joomla and Drupal
    * Discover and leverage open-source programs for CMS, CRMs, Analytics, Conferencing, and more
    * Utilize your programming skills in PHP, Flex, SQL, Actionscript, and Flash to build dynamic and highly interactive e-learning systems and applications.
    * Conceptualize new features and services that will benefit future iterations of these learning systems.


Qualifications:

    * BA/BS degree in software development, software engineer, computer science and/or graphic design
    * A self-starter with IT project and team management experience
    * 3+ years of experience with LAMP-based technologies (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP)
    * 3+ years of experience with web coding in HTML, CSS, XML, and related technologies
    * Knowledge of Actionscript and AJAX
    * Knowledge of Ruby on Rails a plus!
    * A well-rounded techie capable of discovering and learning new web software quickly
    * Creative talent and a passion for functional excellence
    * Strong technical development, communication, organization and project development skills

    * 2-5+ years of OO programming experience
    * Fully conversant with object-oriented principles and practices
    * Ideally looking for a professional who possesses the unique combination of programming experiences in PHP, Flex, SQL and Actionscript.  Will consider applicants that have some experience in C++, Java or C# that also have both some experience and a sincerer interest in Actionscript/Flash programming.
    * Must enjoy collaborating and partnering with other colleagues towards the successful deployment of web based applications.
