Integration Into Training Schools

as prospective job seekers and with the fact that the financial instituitions are the largest recruiters  a large percentage of us find ourselves in doing jobs that are far from what we studied in school, however am wondering is there any programme that can help a science based person -such as myself and others -to fit into  the training schools of banks and what have you, such programmes that will ease the rigours of being re-trained in accounts and business related topics,or is it possible to get the syllabuses of some of heses training schools in order to prepare aheadyour replies are welcome
