Is It Right For Would-be Employers To Request Employment Letters/payslips?
« on: May 18, 2008, 04:54 PM »

Just wondering, saw something that really thrilled me, a candidate was invited for an
APTITUDE TEST (not even an interview) and the recruiters were demanding
all manner of documents including letter of current employment and payslips.
I thought things like these were confidential and not for a 3rd party?

Anybody got any idea why?
