H - A - P - P - Y!
Now all those inconsiderates will find somewhere else to throw their parties instead of blocking the whole street making it impossible for motorists to pass Tongue

It sounds like a welcome idea but can they really keep it? The fine is too low. I organize a party on the street and get fined N25,000, its okay. Afterall if i go to a hall, i pay that same amount to rent hall. The only bad thing is if the party is interrupted and every body sent packing.

In my opinion, i think the penalty is too mild. Stricter measure should be employed to stop street party.

Mustay, thank u my brotha.

They should give us a number to call. This will discourage people from flouting the law. They can even say "whoever reports the case gets 10% of the fine"
