the criteria is that

1. you must have an agric farm or plan to have one

2.get a group of ten member i. e you must be 10 in a group and form a name.

3. chose group executives, the president, secretary and treasurer.

4.you will need 40000 each for the registration with federal government and state. out of this money 35,000 your group will register for a joint bank account at NACRDB i.e nigeria agricultural cooperative and rural development bank.at your area. 1000,each will be paid to federal government for the certificate, 600, for the ID card, each, joint 3500 for the packages that you will need at the bank.the rest of the money will be deposited into your joint account.and some other expensis will be catered for from your joint purse.the 4000 cover all these expenses.

5.you will deposit into your joint account individually.the amount you deposited  will be use together with the rest of the money you have in your joint account.
for example if you contributed 4000 and 3000 was use for all the expenses then you have 1000 each making 10000 in your joint account.then suposed you deposited 20,000 that means you have 21,000 and that is the amount that will be used for the loan.
6.the amount of your share will be used for loan. you will be given 100% of what you have in your joint account e.g maybe you have 300,000 in your account based on varied deposit by each of you, your group will be given 3,000,000 then you will share it according to the what each of you deposited.

7. you will use the money for the first 3 months without paying anything to the government.then the fouth month you will start paying back for a period of 12 months with 8% intreast paid in 12 month instalmentally
