@Iice
Yes, kind of. But not romantic to the point of romance ( deep romance), it's kind of sad and romantic at the same time, I think you'll like it  Smiley

I watched the forbidden kingdom yesterday, scriptwise rubbish, I guess those critics wouldn't like it one bit. The fight between Jet Li and Jackie Chan was cool. It's ok as an action film but don't go watching the film expecting a lot just because its Jet li and Jackie Chan.

Iron Man this weekend, can't wait Grin

New Nollywood movie: Yar'Adua is Sick

Starring
:M Aonndaoka, Yar Adua, OBJ, Doctors from Germany, T Yar'Adua and Nkem Owoh

Reviews
Very painful to watch, less captivating, lack of direction, more like a puppet show but inconclusive like a typical nollywood movie, incompetent casts, full of lofty promises, a lot of skin grafts and too much hospital visits

Conclusively, it is absolute nonsense, another classic pile of trollop from the stable of NOLLYJARGON!

Happy viewing

not seen it yet, maybe weekend not sure. Downloading movies has gotten into me with the speed at which clear copies come out these days, I might just end up watching a r5 or dvdrip.

yeah i did wait till after the credits, Samuel l Jackson made a cameo appearance as the head of S.H.I.E.L.D, at first i thought what the hell shield again then i remembered the the strategic blah blah in the film, it was cool.

300 again or more like the abs again Tongue Grin

Downey is going to make a cameo appearance in the incredible hulk, another film to watch out for. There is a clip of a fighting scene on yahoo movies. I'll check it out later.

I saw Vantage point yesterday

i havent been so disturbed by a movie since Crash,

i was so. . . . . . .

i really hated Matthew Fox, before i even knew he was a bad guy.

This is one more movie that shows bad guys never win!

@Cristalz, I never said I didn't like it Tongue, just saying the script wasn't good but I liked the film as a whole.

The Road to Perdition was nice, sad ending though.

Yes!

Iron Man!

Wonderful.

A good family movie. . . the kids loved it.  All that techno-robotics was a good refresher on the big screen.

Looking deeper, it shows the greatness and dubiousness of the American mind in the same breath.  The ability to find salvation with a conscience not religion.

The wild imagination of the American mind in the juxtapostion of pure arrogance and self confidence in the belief of the American ideal. . . . rugged individuality.

I loved the razz and flash!  Money is no object for the best of living with hard work.

Best of allthe beauty of the American mind. . . the ability to fight courageously till the very end.  No room for cowardice at all.

I give it an A!  ***** Ultra Modern I say Kiss

@crystalz
I saw The Forbidden Kingdom as well and i loved it because i laughed really hard and this is actually the first time Chan and Li would collaborate. However, i found the storyline very mediocre.
